Warranty Guidelines:
50 year conditional warranty. Excluding seed, sod, or grass. Excluding flood conditions, erosion, sediment from erosion clogging drain field or pipes also debris from gutters or downspouts clogging pipes.
FDS of Augusta states that if there is water directly standing over French Drain area for excess of 24 hours after a rain then there is a issue. Please call or email for us to access with a brief description of area affected.
We offer erosion control services (sod-seeding, decorative rock, erosion fabric and mulching) to help preserve and protect our drainage. Customers can opt to perform these services on their own. For our warranty to start we must inspect the area erosion control measures were taken by customer after completion. Please contact us via phone or email to schedule this inspection after completion. If sod or seed dies or there are landscaping changes please contact us so we can make suggestions and make sure drainage is protected. Failure to do so can result in loss of warranty.
If there are any changes or damage caused to drain or drain areas including but not limited to (grading on over or around drain, tie ins from other pipes or drains not performed by FDS or damage from any mechanical equipment, fires, storm damage, flood damage etc.) you can lose warranty and or warranty privileges.
FDS takes your investment very seriously.
